Closing Agents and Lenders
Requests for estoppels and lender questionnaires should be sent to the Association. The fee for the completion of these forms is $299.00 each. Estoppel fees may be collected at closing, but lender questionnaires must be paid in advance. Send requests and or forms to fountainheadcoa@outlook.com. Turnaround time is usually less than 48 hours.
