TEMPORARY RESIDENTS (Renting 30 days to 6 months)
A Temporary Resident Registration Form must be completed BEFORE the arrival of any temporary resident. Click on TGF2026 to complete the form.  A temporary guest parking tag will be issued for their vehicle.
 
GUESTS VISITING A RESIDENT FOR MORE THAN 48 HOURS
A Guest Registration Form must be completed BEFORE the arrival of any guest staying overnight for 48 hours or more. Click on GRF2026 to complete the form.  A temporary guest parking pass will be issued for their vehicle.
 
BUYERS, REALTORS, LENDERS, CLOSING AGENTS

Neither FHCA nor its management are involved in the rental or sale of condominium units, nor can they provide you specific information.  Individuals interested in renting or purchasing a unit, should contact a local rental agent or realtor.
 
Any information not found on this web site must be requested through a listing agent or seller of a unit at FHCA.

BOAT SLIPS & TRAILER PARKING SPACES
  • Slips and spaces are available for a monthly fee to unit residents only.
  • Slips & spaces are assigned on a first come first serve basis.
  • As of January 1, 2026, there is a waiting list for watercraft trailer spaces. 
  • TRAILERS ARE NOT PERMITTED EXCEPT IN DESIGNATED SPACES and are subject to the above.
