Fountainhead Condominiums (FHCA) is a residential community located near the heart of Fort Walton Beach, FL. Our 7-acre compound is bordered on the south by the Santa Rosa Sound (part of the Intracoastal Waterway) and on the north by Highway 98.

FHCA is a friendly group of owners, second homers, and long-term tenants who value a quiet, friendly, neighborhood atmosphere. Residents enjoy the use of our amenities including a nicely appointed clubhouse, swimming pool, tennis court, laundry facilities, and boat docks.
